Arrival in the morning with slight taifu and heavy rain. Went to Kita-Senju and had a bath at sento Takara-Yu.

2 Thu. Sept. 30th

Jetlag. Slept till 3 o'clock. Sunshine. Made a walk from the hotel to Asakusa, crossed the sumida into Mukojima.

3 Fri. Oct. 1st

Sunshine. A long walking course along the Tama from Futago-Tamagawa to Izumi Tamagawa. Stop at Soshigaya Okura. Shinjuku.Sento in Sendagaya. Long-Life-Hall Hot-Water. [ map ] See whole walking course...

Rain. Shopping on Omotesando, Aoyama, Shibuya. Met Emiko from Rice+. Evening with Japanese theatre. Eating at monja shop.

7 Tue. Oct. 5th

Rain. Towards Asakus. Kappabashi. Shibuya. Daikanyamacho. Naka-Meguro. Roppongi Hills. Sento Hinode Yu in Minami Senju.

8 Wed. Oct. 6th

Sunshine. From Ikebukuro with the Seibu Line into the west. Nerima. Tokorozawa. Tanashi. Kokubunji. Back with Chuo line to Shinjuku. [ map ]

9 Thu. Oct. 7th

Sunshine. Shibuya. Walking course from Futago-Tamagawa to Tamagawa-Koen. From Ebaramachi towards Magome. Looking for Magome Onsen. Sento in Futaba. [ map ]
